Atria Apartments is a mixed-use development in the heart of Kingston. It consists of 142 apartments, 14 commercial tenancies and a 2-basement carpark.
Cappello’s Scope was the installation of all in ground and above ground Hydraulic Services. This included providing the Fire Service, Sewer, Stormwater, Trade-waste, Water and Gas to all Apartments, Commercial Tenancies and the carparks.
Cappello also undertook bulk and detail earthworks and shoring for the 2.5 storey basement excavation.
