Martine is one of the founding directors of Cappello. Martine has over 20 years’ experience in managing a successful large business. Her day to day involves managing all aspects of running a business from finance, operations, administration to resourcing. Martine brings leadership and strategy to Cappello. She has a wealth of experience in construction and property development. Whilst managing Cappello, she is also a Director of Cappello’s sister company Core Developments. She is one of the driving force behind the Group’s success. She is a strong advocate of women in leadership and a firm believer of equal employer opportunity.
