Teneriffe Stage 2A involves the construction and servicing of 77 blocks,
including:

• Modifications to the access off Mary’s Mount Road,
• Construction of stormwater management ponds,
• Construction of roads, including kerb and gutter, footpaths and street
  lighting,
• Installation of in-ground services including:
  • Stormwater
  • Sewer
  • Water
  • HV and LV electrical
  • Communications
  • Gas
• Landscaping, including community shared facilities
