Mulberry Apartments, located in Dickson is a 370 multi-level apartment building with an adjoining multi-level carpark.
Cappello’s Scope is the installation of all in ground and above ground Hydraulic services. This includes providing the many kilometres of Fire Service, Sewer, Stormwater, Trade-waste, Water and Gas pipework to 370 Apartments, and 2 Basement Carparks. It also includes the organising and executing of multiple External Service upgrades and diversions, including Water, Sewer and Stormwater Mains through the property and along Northbourne Avenue.
