Founders Lane Stage 3

Founders Lane is a mixed-use development comprising 3 basements, 7-storey residential apartments and 14 commercial tenancies.

Cappello’s scope of works included 60,000m³ of excavation, 204 no. bored piers, 500m of capping beam, 140 footings, and 3700m² shotcrete works. It also included construction of a carpark, with the placement of 5700m² of pavements and 866 metres of minor concrete and kerb work. Stormwater works were also undertaken, including the installation of 1200mm and 300mm diameter stormwater lines, a 150kl retention/detention tank, and connections to existing sewer and watermains.
